Drylining, and only drylining — done properly.
We don't spread ourselves across trades we don't specialise in. Every subcontractor gang we place is a dedicated drylining gang, vetted and supervised by our own site team, which is why our snag rates run below the industry average.
We provide
- Drylining Fixers
- Partition Fixers
- Tapers & Jointers
- Spray Plasterers
- MF Ceiling Fixers
- Grid Ceiling Fixers
- Fire Stoppers
- General Labourers
Every operative is selected according to the specific technical requirements of your project.
Five stages, from first call to final snag list
-
Enquiry and site survey
We walk the space, check the drawings against what's actually there, and confirm the specification is buildable before we price it. No charge, no obligation.
-
Specification and programme
We confirm partition types, board build-ups, fire ratings and acoustic requirements against the architect's specification, and agree a programme that sits alongside the other trades on site.
-
Materials and mobilisation
Materials are ordered against the confirmed specification — not a generic estimate — and delivered to a sequence that matches the installation programme, not the loading bay's convenience.
-
Installation
Setting-out, framing, boarding, insulation and finishing run as a coordinated sequence of subcontractor gangs, with a dedicated DDA supervisor on site throughout. Weekly progress photos are shared through our project portal.
-
Snagging and handover
Raking-light inspection, a joint walk-round with the client or main contractor, a closed-out snag list, and fire-stopping documentation handed over for the building control file.
